This is my first story so here it goes...
Roma have hired Macari as their mamange, his goals for the club is to qualify for the Champions league in first season to win seria A next season and to reach champions league semi-final the third season.
So lets have a look at what Im working with

Looking at the squad i decided i wanna play a 4-1-2-1-2 formation as i like this formation and Roma have the players capable of playing that.

Goolkeeper: De sanctis will look for his replacement next season.
Defence:
Left back : At Left back Dodo he has good stats and potential, im selling balzaretti as he is on too much wages and on the decline.
Right back : At right back is Maicon He is good but on too high wages and getting old so i will sell him next season. i will be seling torosidis as well to raise money to buy danilo off porto, danilo is a RB who can play lb,cb and defensive mid he will cost about 14 million.
Center Defenders : My main Cb is benatia he is solid, i have castranbut i will sell him to raise funds for alvarez belanta who will partner benatia, also have jedvaj who is one for the future as back up and burdisso as back up as well.
Midfield:
Defensive Mid: De rossi will be my ball winning midfielder have bertolacci as cover for him and center mid as well bought his 50% share from genoa for 2.2 million well worth it he has good potential. danilo can cover as well.
Center Midfield: My main center midfielders are Strootman and Florenzi with bradley and bertolacci as cover.
Attacking Midfield: Pjanic will be my main attacking midfielder, i have florenzi as cover and might get honda in january for more cover if strugling with injures..
will be selling marquinhio and tadde.
Strikers : Ljaijc and totti will be my main men, selling boriello he is on 120k a week and on the decline will loan out caprari as he dosent fit in any position, gervinhio wont play much either i will be selling him next season . so i have Destro as cover and to take totti's place next season . im gonna look into buying berardi from sasuolo and juventus he is co-owned mite cost about 10 million.
with that my team is looking solid and i should be able to get top 3 for champions league spot.
Finaces:
i bought belanta for 7.5 million , Dnilo for 14million, and 50% of berrardi for 7 million, i have spent 30 million. which i earned by selling players with top wages and converting wages to money i started with 8 million as well.
ihave 3 million left which il save for a gk next season.
with that my team is looking solid and i should be able to get top 3 for champions league spot

BOX TO BOX MIDFIELDER: Florenzi is a good box to box mid he has all the right stats and enrgey.
ADVANCED PLAYMAKER: i wanted strootman to be my playmaker but went with pjanic because i wanted my playmaker higher up the pitch.
TRENQUISTA: have totti as this becaused he is one of the best trenquistas to ever live, and he seems to blossom in this position in friendlies ive played..
well thats it im gonna play some games il keep updating how it goes.
