Help me with a player

How should I try to grow him?As what role?Which position?I see much talent in him and I'd like a piece of advice on how to train him.Thank you! :)Whatever information you need just tell me.

His stats seem a bit spread out. He's got high work rate and tackling but isn't brave or aggressive and has low strength so I'm not sure he'd make a good ball winner, maybe could become a deep lying playmaker but he isn't very creative. I'd probably just train him in a balanced way and use him as a good squad player who can fill multiple roles.

I'd train him as left winger, he has decent technical attributes for a player of his age just needs some work on his speed. Put him on quickness on individual training for 2-3 seasons then on winger or advanced playmaker after that.
