Lloyd Reynolds
Meet Lloyd Reynolds. The most evil person on the planet. What's that? Don't believe me? You should, this man is the jerk of jerks, more so than any other. More so than people like, Luis Suarez, GlaDOS from portal, and the principle in Ferris Bueller's Day Off! If you still don't believe me then follow me as I tell the story of Lloyd's life and journey into the world of football management. Hoping to become the best in the world one day, Lloyd doesn't give a crap about who he has to stomp on to reach his goal.
Authors Notes
This is my second story on FM14 after my Sevilla save was corrupted. Hopefully this one goes further! I am literally throwing myself into this story without planning. I have no idea who I want to be or what my goals, I guess I'll just go with the flow!

Lloyd's Childhood Part 1
Lloyd Reynolds was born on 17th November 1972 to Angela Reynolds and Christopher Reynolds, an English married couple who lived on a rough estate in the heart of Salford, Greater Manchester. His parents argued a lot, sometimes even breaking into violence inflicted on Angela by her husband. Lloyd was usually dragged into these arguments, against his will. If he could escape, he would run and hide in his tree house outside in the back garden.

His tree house was the only place he could escape from reality. But he didn't escape like a normal child. Other children read books , played games or hung out with friends. But not little Lloyd. Lloyd had no friends. He had no valued possessions, no pets, nothing but an abused mother, alcoholic father and a bed he was too scared to go to. Instead, he sat there in silence, mentally praying to god that everything would be alright. But Lloyd soon realised that the world is a harsh place, a place that wouldn't give him a break, that everything wouldn't end happily.

Not even his mother, ended happily...

Lloyd's Childhood Part 2

It was 25th December 1980, Lloyd was only 8 years old. No tragedy that bad should fall upon someone that young. It was Christmas night. Lloyd's dad had spent the whole day at the bar drinking him self silly. His mum was starting to get annoyed. Lloyd was in bed when he awoke to the sound of the door bursting open. His dad was home.

“WHERE THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'VE BEEN!” Angela screamed at her drunk husband who was not looking like he would be able to stand much longer

“Oh, shut up! You *hiccup* you *hiccup* -”

“Do you think you can just drink all night! ON CHRISTMAS OF ALL NIGHTS! And then just come home expecting me to just say, 'Hi Honey, how was the bar'!”

“You know what, I've had *hiccup* enough of you!”

Lloyd was on the stairs at this point, watching the argument. He watched as his father reached for a bottle and smashed his mother round the head with it. He watched as his mother fell to the floor, with a face covered in blood. He saw the fear in his fathers eyes, realising what he had just done. Lloyd's dad looked around and noticed Lloyd stood on the stairs, with eyes that were filled with disbelief and tears. He walked over to Lloyd.

“No daddy, please don't hurt me!”

Christopher, Lloyd's father, grabbed his son and headed for his SUV. He strapped him into the back seat and drove on. Christopher was in no state to drive. He was swerving all over the road, only seeing the blurs of colour that were cars. Lloyd was suddenly jolted forward in his seat, hitting his head on the front seat. The car had hit a tree. Christopher wasn't wearing a seatbelt and went flying through the window, and hitting the tree. He was dead. Lloyd, however, wasn't.

Lloyd woke up in a hospital the next day. Pushed to the edge of sanity. His parents were dead, he knew of no other family. He vowed revenge on the world for everything it had done to him. He would never be the same again.

You're Fired

4th March 2013 (Present Day)

I woke up to the same dull, droning voice I heard everyday. It was my boss. Oh shit, I fell asleep in a meeting! My boss was giving me a right shouting at.

It was going in one ear and out the other. I honestly couldn't care less what he was saying. I can put up with this as long as I get paid at the end of every week. There was one thing that caught my attention though.

I couldn't lose my job. I dropped out of school, I had no education or qualifications. Just this job, a trailer and a Queens of the Stone Age album. I'd have to turn to begging like those dickheads on the street! That's one thing I could never do. I'd have to steal, It's not like I haven't done it before.

“Yes, one more thing, bla bla”

I went outside for a fag after the meeting. One way to escape from my boss shouting at me and that stupid women who sits next to me, telling me about her kids. As if I would care. I noticed a some chick walking across the street from my office. I'm gonna get myself that hot piece of ass. I hurried over dropping my cigarette on the floor next me. Not realising I was standing next to the bosses Rolls Royce.

I came back into the office after my lunch break and sat down. My boss walked in looking really pissed. I wonder what set him off. His face was red and steam was practically coming out of his ears.

“Which one of you moronic imbeciles set my car on fire!?”

Oh god! What an idiot, thank god that wasn't me! Who would be stupid enough to set the bosses car on fire. I mean we all dream about about doing it, but no-one actually does.

“I didn't think that anyone would own up! Look what I found next to the car.”

He held up a blue lighter. Oh no! No no no no no! That was mine. I dropped it chasing after that girl, whose number I totally got. What was worse. It's customised. It has my name engraved on it. And there I could see, clearly carved on; Lloyd Reynolds.

“Lloyd! YOU'RE FIRED!”

And that was it. I had no job. I couldn't afford to keep living in my trailer, or even feed myself. I had to turn to being homeless and that was it! I spent the rest of my life, living on the streets. Spitting on people who didn't give me more than a pound and scaring children.

Or was it...
Nice build up so far, seems very interesting, keep it up:')

The Call

7th March 2013

It's been 3 days since I lost my job. I'm on my last microwave meal now. Don't have any money for more money. Well, I could probably a cheeseburger from McDonalds, I have about a pound. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do now. It seems like you need qualifications for every job these days. Plus, I'm like, 40 now. I can't get out there and do anything else with my life any more, not that I can be assed. I have the energy of a 60 year old since I have been in an office job for about 15 years now. I don't get out much either.

I finished writing in my, well I don't really know what to call it. ITS NOT A DIARY. I'd say, a journal, yeah, a journal. I suddenly heard tires screeching outside. A big truck had just parked outside my trailer.

“Oh no,” I muttered to myself.

It was a repo man. The bills, I can't pay the god damn bills. I hid out of sight. Maybe they wouldn't repossess my stuff if I wasn't home.

“Repo Man!” He shouted outside the door.

He rapped on the door with force, nearly knocking my door down. He knocked on again, but harder. He had to go away sooner or later. I was wrong. With one forceful shove he knocked my door down. I got up from my hiding place. Excuses were flying through my head. What could I say to make him go away. My mind was blank. Oh god, please help. I couldn't him let my stuff.

“Errr. Fuck off?” I blurted out, quickly regretting it.

He gave me a hard dig on the shoulder. He was massive, over 6 foot and he looked very beefy. His hands were like shovels.

“I'm here to take your stuff, as you probably already knew. You do know what a repo man is, don't you? You're not a dumbass are you?”

“No, I'm not dumbass!”

I watched helplessly as he took all my stuff into his truck. Stupid engraved lighter, causing me all this trouble. Well, I guess in my spare time, which I will probably have a lot of, I will make some hobo signs. Like, Need money for crack or something. Then my phone rung. The only thing I was aloud to keep. Well, until my phone contract ran out. Then there would be no point keeping it! I took it out. Unknown number. There's no point not answering it, I had a lot of spare time.

“Hello! Lloyd are you there?”

I didn't recognise the voice.
Very good character building and background story :D

The Reunion

“Who are you?!”

“It's me Christopher,”

The name Christopher didn't really ring a bell, I was racking my brains trying to figure out who it was. Am I supposed to know him. He noticed my silence.

“Your father.”

I immediately put the phone down. My dad? My dad is dead! This must be some sort of joke, some random guy prank calling people. I wanted to believe that. But I wasn't exactly sure. Why, why would someone prank call me. It's not even April. I couldn't process it all. Too many thoughts and questions were whizzing through my head. The phone rang again. I picked it up.

“Seriously who are you!?”

"I already told you!"

“My father is dead! Explain yourself quickly before I hang up!”

“OK, just meet me in the Millgate shopping centre in Bury. Look for a black SUV with the licence plate; C20 MANU”

I put the phone down. Who does this madman think he is! I was in disbelief. There was no way my dad survived that. He went head first into a tree for fucks sakes! I had to be sure. I had to make sure that this lunatic wasn't really my 'dead' father. I left the repo man to take my stuff. I didn't have a car anymore. My boss had that towed when he fired me. I had to walk to Bury, I mean it wasn't that far away but... I'm lazy.

I arrived at Millgate within 20 minutes and looked around the car park for his car. I found it and went over. I rapped on the window. There he was. A bald, 70 year old man with a massive scar across the top of his head. He sure looked like my dad. I couldn't believe it.

“Son, I-”

“Get out of the car!”

“I'm sorry for what happened to your-”

He got out of the car. I thumped him hard in the face. You could tell he was old. His face was rough and wrinkly and he looked like he couldn't take a hard punch. He nose started to bleed slightly.

“What are you here for?”

“I'm here to offer you a job!”

The Offer

“A job, what makes you think I need a job!”

“Hey, I was just offering, you don't have to take it if you don't want to!”

“Seriously, why did you want me here? There is no way that you called up your son who you haven't spoke to in, what, 20 odd years, just to offer him a job!”

“Son, I'm-”

“I don't want to know! What kind of job? It better pay well!”

I wasn't really bothered what kind of job I got. I could have been cleaning shit out of toilets for all I care, it's better than living in it. I just didn't want to seem desperate.

“A coaching job, at a football team, I don't really know if you watch much football.”

“Yeah, sometimes!”

I didn't even have a TV.

“It's at Bury F.C. I managed to pull a few strings in the board, thanks to my friend, Stewart, you remember him, don't you?”

Stewart Day was an old friend of my dads. He was another one of the alcoholics who went to that stupid pub that my dad wasted my childhood in. I'd never actually met, but since he was my dad's only friend, he never stopped being talked about.

“Anyway, he is the chairman at the club and I convinced him to give me a job at the club. I've been a coach at the club for a while now, but I have business to attend to, so...”

“Fine, I'll do it.”

“Great! If you want, you can stay with me”

“How do you know I don't live in a mansion and I don't want to live in your crappy apartment?”

“I'm your father, I can tell when something is wrong, why else would you of met me here? Because you had nothing better to do!”

I wasn't so keen on the idea of living with my dad, especially after.....well after....I just wasn't so keen. When he drove me to his home, I realised that he didn't live in a crappy apartment. He was the one who live in a mansion. Well not exactly a mansion. It was beautiful though. After he showed me to my room and went straight to bed. I needed time to think about what was going to happen next.
