Weird Bug or just Incredibly Annoying?

In three seperate matches, in the first half, I've gone into player instructions, then decided not to change anything. I get a button on the left, 'cancel pending changes'. However, clicking this does nothing, and on all three occasions, I was locked out of my tactics till half time. Oh and within 1-5 minutes of this, I conceded. Anyone else have this issue?

Sounds like a bug to be honest, I'm not suffering the same problems just tested it
