Assistant Manager

Am Plymouth Argyle and are 2nd in Championship as I have signed some quality players and used up my almost all of my transfer budget.
Problem is that i just sacked my old assistant as i didnt believe he was very good.
The only budget i have left i urgently need for players so i cant pay compensation.
Do any of you know of any good Assistant Managers who free agents and are willing to join Plymouth??
Any help will be really apriciated.

does anyone know which attribute(s) we should see to find good assistant manager?

Tactical and player judgement are quite important motivating is very important if you use your assistant to do the team talk

the England coach Neri is a fantastic assistant manager who most people can sign because he think's he's a coach

In addition to what Ivan_Campos_Hair said i think man management is quite important i don't really know why but all the best assistant manager seem to have it so i think it can be quite useful. Also working with youngster is important if your assistant is your youth/reserve team manager.

an assistant more or less needs everything if you think about it =P

but its better that your assistant is good with man management has good discipline, is good with youngsters.

mostly he will need good mental attributes and a bit of tactics of course.

attacking defending doesnt really matter if he has good mental stats. because he will be working with the reserve/youth team and needs to be good with youngsters, and also have the discipline.

:yes Thats who i've got, he seems very decent. In my 3rd season with Celtic and i wish i had him from the start! lol

i don't care about my assisstant,he doesn't do anything anyway.
