14G ver. player info is totally wrong, when can you fix it back?

14G ver info are wrong , see below image

Have you inserted the key file you should have received into the GS14g folder?

Yes, i have installed key file complete

I am getting the same problem, I have sent genie an email and he has not responded.

I thought it might be because I did a clean OS upgrade of my PC after I got my Key. I thought that my key may no longer match my system. Have you done this?

yes, i have send email asking a new key, but no one reply email......

You should receive new key-file now.
