THIERRY HENRY

The King needs no introduction. The mere sound of his name makes defenders tremble in fear. After an unfortunate end to his playing days, he decides to delve into the world of management instead of taking the easy way out into punditry. Will 'Titi' succeed or will he fail?

Injury ends Thierry Henry's career

http://cdn.imghack.se/images/62a1b581d8f56230e00765b0b5501ea4.png
Ex-France international Thierry Henry has ended his career prematurely after suffering a severely dislocated right ankle. The injury occured as a result of Portland Timbers' defender Michael Harrin's poorly timed challenge on the ex-Arsenal star yesterday.

After interviewing Henry at New York's Hospital for Special Surgery after the occurence of the injury, he said the following: "I have been told that the recovery process will take between 6-12 months. I won't be the same player after I return. I believe it's time to end my career."

One of our reporters questioned the Frenchman regarding whether he planned to move into punditry or coaching. "I know why you ask about punditry. It's because I was on Match of the Day last month. However I plan to coach in England instead."

Whether Thierry Henry will stick by his words and truly apply for managerial jobs after his recovery is currently unknown, however it's no lie that someone with Henry's history within the Premier League would be welcomed to take helm at many clubs within the top flight.

Arsene Wenger released a statement in his press conference this morning which openly welcomed the return of Henry at the Emirates Stadium in North London.
Thierry Henry has not reacted to the comments made by his fellow countryman
and ex-manager.

Mourinho repeats success

http://i877.photobucket.com/albums/ab332/karam94/Mourinho-Wins.png
The Special One repeated his success at Stamford Bridge last week after securing a 2-1 Premier League victory against Arsene Wenger's Arsenal. The 3 points secured the 2013/14 Premier League title for Chelsea meaning they finished ahead of Pellegrini-managed second placed Manchester City.

Along with the league victory, Chelsea's Spaniard Juan Mata also added to the Blues' trophy cabinet by winning the Premier League player of the year award once again. Arsenal's Olivier Giroud won the top scorer award with 21 league goals & Manchester United's Michael Carrick won the top assists award with no less than 16 league assists.

It was a season to forget for Sunderland, Hull & Crystal Palace as they all got relegated. The sacking of Gus Poyet in March and appointment of ex-Blackpool boss Ian Holloway wasn't enough for the Black Cats. The relegation of Hull also saw Steve Bruce replaced with ex-Watford manager Gianfranco Zola.

Other managerial sackings included David Moyes from Manchester United & long serving manager Arsene Wenger from Arsenal. The new manager at Old Trafford is Antonio Conte and the new manager at the Emirates Stadium is ex-Fulham manager Rene Meulensteen.

A replacement for Rene Meulensteen at Fulham is yet to be hired. It is however believed that potential candidates include Brian McDermott, Gary Bowyer & Billy Davies. Sky sources suggest that Thierry Henry is looking to return to London.

Pellegrini's Citizens win the Premier League

http://i877.photobucket.com/albums/ab332/karam94/Thierry%20Henry%20FM14/Pellegrini-happy.png
Manchester City turned the table on Chelsea and achieved revenge over last season's last day drama after they secured the 2014/15 Premier League title on the last day of the season.
http://i877.photobucket.com/albums/ab332/karam94/Thierry%20Henry%20FM14/screenshot_00670.png
Going onto individual awards, Chelsea's Juan Mata made it a hattrick of consecutive player of the year awards after he won his third award. The league's top scorer was a tie between Swansea's Wilfred Bony & Fulham's new striker Jordan Rhodes with 18 goals each. Luis Suarez & Simon Cox followed in second place with 15 goals each. The player with the most assists was Arsenal's Jack Wilshere.
All three teams who got promoted, also got relegated as Blackburn Rovers, Middlesbrough & Blackpool went back down to the Championship. Blackburn Rovers were the only team to undergo a managerial change after Gary Bowyer left the Lancashire club for Newcastle. Harry Redknapp joined Blackburn from QPR but not even his experience kept the ex-Premier League winners in the English top flight.
Derby County, Leicester City & Bolton Wanderers achieved promotion for the 2015/16 Premier League season.

Aston Villa Hire Premier League Legend Thierry Henry

http://i877.photobucket.com/albums/ab332/karam94/Thierry%20Henry%20FM14/Henry-press-conference.png
Approximately two years after Thierry Henry's retirement, he has stuck to his word and finally taken on a managerial position in the English Premier League.
It is believed that Henry was interviewed for the job last week and was confirmed as the Birmingham-based club's new manager today. The Frenchman was elegant during his press conference and most certainly very 'va va voom'.
The new boss hinted that he may bring in a few of his own staff members within the next few weeks.

Aston Villa finished 15th at the end of last season, only a mere 6 points above the relegation zone before Paul Lambert left for Fulham.
This year, Villa are predicted to finish 14th.
The current Aston Villa squad consists of:
GOALKEEPERS: Brad Guzan, Shay Given, Jed Steer.
RIGHT BACKS: Matt Lowton.
CENTER BACKS: Ryan Shotton, Joshua Webb, Nathan Baker, Ron Vlaar, Johan Djourou.
LEFT BACKS: Antonio Luna, Adriano.
CENTRAL MIDFIELDERS: Cabral, Mile Jedinak, James Wallace, Ashley Westwood, Liam Trotter.
ATTACKING MIDFIELDERS: Yossi Benayoun, Aleksandar Tonev, Charles N'Zogbia.
STRIKERS: Gabby Agbonlahor, Nicklas Helenius, Darren Bent, Libor Kozak.

It is anticipated that Thierry Henry will have to get the best out of the wide range of strikers he has at his disposal.

Will Thierry Henry succeed in his first management job? We'll just have to wait and see.
benteke?

Townsend joins Villa

http://i877.photobucket.com/albums/ab332/karam94/Thierry%20Henry%20FM14/andros-townsend-joins-villa.png
England international Andros Townsend has joined Thierry Henry's Aston Villa on loan until the end of the season from Manchester City.

The Englishman said he was pleased to be joining a Premier League team like Aston Villa with such an influential manager, despite Townsend being a supporter of Tottenham.

Despite Thierry Henry having a transfer kitty of upto £13million at Villa Park, he suggested that he might not dip any more into the transfer market. The decision is understandable since his first match in charge will be away against Cardiff this Saturday. Rumours suggest that some fans have hit out against the Villa owners for leaving the managerial appointment so late, meaning Thierry Henry has not managed his squad throughout this summer's pre-season.
Awesome start, looking forward to seeing where you take this :).

HENRY KEEPS HIS COOL

http://i877.photobucket.com/albums/ab332/karam94/Thierry%20Henry%20FM14/Kozak_celebration.png
Thierry Henry remains undefeated in the Premier League for his first venture into football management after his retirement.

The ex-Arsenal Frenchman took over at Villa park only last month meaning he did not spend pre-season with his squad. Despite that, he and his team find themselves sat in 11th place.

We spoke to Thierry Henry and he gave us the following quotes:
"We are unbeaten in the league, which is positive. We could be playing better but myself and my squad will naturally find it tough to adapt to each other when we haven't had a pre-season. I am making changes consistently and they have to adapt. It is very difficult which emphasizes how important pre-season really is."

Thierry Henry also made two deadline day signings. Ivan Radovanovic from Inter Milan on loan and Diego Valeri from Portland for £1.7m.
Good luck mate…
