ACESS DENIED

When I try to run setup.exe it appears a message saying: "ACESS DENIED". Using Win8.1 and I'm on the administrator account.

My computer specs:
Video - AMD Radeon HD 6410D
RAM - 4GB
Processor - AMD A4-3400 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2,7 gHz
OS - Windows 8.1 64bit

Try to run it with administrator permission.

It still doesn't work.

I have exactly the same problem. I have already checked permissions and executed the file as administrator, however I cannot fix the problem and still get an "access denied" message. I do not get this kind of message in any other program.
Can anybody help me?
