Long time loading game

Hi,
is it only me or FM Scout 14 is taking long time to load a game?
It goes well, but during 'Converting People Indexes' it freezes for like 2-3 minutes; anything I could do with this?

What OS do you use? PC configuration? Game database size (players number etc)

Win 7
i5-3210M 2,50 GHz
8GB DDR3 1600MHz
HDD 5200RPM

Huge database- around 56k players

After I downloaded version 412 issue was gone.
