After numerous false starts with various low level clubs from England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic, I've come across what appears to be the weirdest and most annoying bug in my history of playing FM. I cannot get a job. I like to start unemployed, and, despite having deleted and redone my profile and started about seventeen or eighteen new games, I've just been rejected for a job....for the sixty-eighth straight time. I've only been offered three interviews, the other 65 I was dismissed out of hand. I'm applying for jobs in all the mentioned nations, at all levels. I'm set to English and Irish nationality and I've tried all the experience levels....auto, sunday league, etc. It's driving me CRAZY...anyone any advice, or had this themselves?

yes same espcailly if on sunday league rep.. try international rep
I'm in the same boat with this, thought I didn't start unemployed. I started with Bury in League 2, got promotion and moved to Dundee in the Scottish Championship. I resigned from Dundee when my team got plagued with injuries and never completed a season with them. After that I couldn't seem to get a job anywhere, with every club under the sun laughing me off. Eventually I found myself at Airdrie in the Scottish League 2, where I won back to back promotions to the Scottish Championship. I wasn't doing well keeping them up however and decided to resign from there too. Once again every club under the sun laughed off my application, including some Scottish League 1 sides, the league which I'd just rocketed out of with my Airdrie side, breaking goal scoring records and all sorts. Of course I found myself having to drop down a few leagues AGAIN and start over at Queen's Park half way through the 2018/19 season. Queen's Park were in pretty bad shape at this point but I managed to get them into the playoffs. I didn't go up but the next season we won the league. I've resigned from them now because I don't think they're good enough for League 1, but I'm once again finding myself laughed off from every managerial position in the world. Including League 2 Shrewsbury.
Now I'd understand if they didn't think I was the right man for the job, but downright laughing off my application seems extremely unrealistic. Considering I've won 3 manager of the year titles, 3 League title and a promotion through the playoffs, and that one of those promotions was from League 2 itself in my first season as a manager, I think I should have a bit more credibility when trying to go for a job, don't you?
