Lemming : Hey all, just downloaded this, and using it for the first time and have a question hope someone can help me with. On the player information screen what does the section JDNS stand for? All the others are obvious, this is aswel probably and im just being stupid but just cant think of what it could be!

Yeh i noticed that problem

for instance i have a 19 yr old regen CB with potential ability 171 and CA of 125

however when i tick show potential stats the CA figure only rises to 155 and not 171

is this a bug?
i thought it might just be bcos he didnt gain enuff experience at a young age and is therefore sumone who could of become world class but just never quite got there

FMScout is a fantastic program I used when I was on Windows.
But now, I switch on Mac, and I'm not able to run FMScout. Is there any way to create an .iso or .dmg to provide the best FM program to Mac users ?

Genie doesn't work for MAC, but you can try running it with the help of one of the following programs:
1. CXMAC
2. Darwine

Great to have scout again,one problem I am having though, how do I show the players at my club.
When I go to club section I can`t work out how to show all my players, have I missed something?

You can filter the players by squad, the icon is at the top, the buttons go, from left to right, Load Save Game, Load last Game, Load Shortlist, Import Shortlist, Save Shortlist, Player Search, Staff Search, Club Search and then Filter by squad

My version is very buggy,when i press on football symbol its shuts down most times and leaves me with folders on my desktop.

Positional rating=
The % shown is compared to the stats for the positions.

So if a player has good stats for being a defender then his positional rating will be high for DC.

so the positional rating makes you know which position the player is best at with the current stats he has.

On FM Genie Scout I clic on a player of my team, them I can see a window whith his profile.

When I clic on Posotions, apears:

AME - 17
AMC - 18
AMD - 17
Striker - 20
Free Role - 20

If I clic on General rating I have:

AM - 82,35%
Winger - 82,70%
Fast Striker - 82,46%

If I clic on Positional rating I have;


MAE - 81,87%
MAC - 81,93%
MAD - 81,87%
Fast Striker - 82,46%

Whta kind of player is this, what is his best position??????? In is profile say that he is free striker. I have more players with the same condicions? What is best posicions????

as i said it all depends on the stats.

if genie has the best positional rating as a striker then he should be best as a striker. why that is because he has good stats for being a striker.

but you can see the difference in number isnt too big so you can easily just play him in the other positions. because he has stats for them all.
