Introduction
Welcome to my first FM Story. After many trial saves and long thoughts into what club to take over I have come upon Bayer Leverkusen. Bayer are a German team who finished 3rd in the 2012/13 season behind the might of Borrussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich. This will be a story were I will be attempting to take Bayer to the very top of German football and make them a constant force in the Champions League, whilst doing this I will be developing youth prospects from across the globe to create a multi-national squad.

Club History
Bayer have a very proud history winning the UEFA Europa League (UEFA Cup) once and winning the DFB-Pokal. Bayer also came runners up in the UEFA Champions League after getting beat by Real Madrid.

Club Facilities
Stadium: BayArena
Capacity: 30210 (27710 seated)
Built: 1956
Training Facilities: Superb
Youth Facilities: Excellent
Junior Coaching: Average
Youth Recruitment: Extensive
Good luck man. Hopefully you will be challenging Dortmund and Bayern for the titles soon.

Hyypia Out, Ballack In
Bayer Leverkusen have today parted ways with manager Sami Hyypia and have hired his replacement just hours later. Sami Hyypia has been sacked by the Bayer board after taking the club as far as he could, according to chairman Wolfgang Holzhauser. In the conference held at the BayArena this morning Wolfgang told journalists from across Europe "Sami is a great lad and I am sure he will soon get a job at another club but sadly we have moved on and the board and I believe that this decision is best for all off us". Sadly we couldn't get a word with Sami as he was not at the Conference.

-Outgoing Hyypia-

Wolfgang was quick to get onto his proceeded ex-Germany national Michael Ballack, who had 2 spells at the Leverkusen club playing 114 games and scoring 29 goals. Wolfgang stated "Michael was almost called immediately, we all knew straight away that he was the man for the job", he then went on to joker "If he wasn't so keen we probably would of still chased after him for a few weeks". Bayer fans will be keen to see how the new manager fairs in pre-season, new players and staff he will bring in and what sort of football he will deploy.

-New man at the helm-

Apart from the Locarno result there is no reason why I shouldn't be confident I think :)
Good luck! Don't really know much about the Bundesliga but I'll be following along anyway!
Matias Suarez is a beast. Nice signing.

Unrealism: I don't know much about The Bundesliga either tbf, but as everywere scoring goals means winning games and winning games is what leads your team to glory!

BayernAmerica: I had a long hard look at him and I think he will turn out pretty well xD
Liking this story so far man, nice signing in Suarez too :D
Jason: Thanks mate!
Radders: I'm hoping he turns out good!
