I've noticed that the only Brazilian teams who seem to get regens are a strange assortment of lower level teams, who all seem to get around 15 crappy regens february first. Brazil's entire U20 squad is empty, and although it would be hilarious to see Brazil's national team collapse in a few years, I'm still kinda confused as to why they get no regens. They're still creating regens - Argentina, for example, and many smaller ones like South Africa, S. Korea and Iceland.
