No Manager or Player Awards/Best XI

Hi guys im playing in the Faroese leagues and I have noticed that there are no monthly awards for players or managers, and there is also no best XI. This is also true at the end of the year, no player of the year, best team etc. is there any way to change this? Because there doesn't seem to be any point continuing if I can't Change it.

Do they do it in real life in those leagues?

I'm not sure, but it would be nice if it is done in the game, adds a little more interest to it.

You can create awards in the editor, afaik.

How do you create individual club best xi?

Anyone?
