Can't update 14gs

I have not been on Football Manager in a while. tried going on it last night and it appears there is an update but when I click the link to update it says page not found.

Any tips?

Do not want to download the free version as I did last night and got loads of spyware stuff

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Normally I get an email from Eugene and update from there but he hasn't send me one this time and the link when I try to update through 'help and options' doesn't work.
