Wrong Nationalities

I have recently changed my laptop from a windows 7 to a windows 8. I have installed Genie Scout on my new laptop and moved the product key as I paid for the full version but now I am getting random nationalities for all players. Any reason why?

I have the same problem, so frustrating! Especially when managing a national team and want to find the best youngters for the nation
