I have managed Vauxhall Motors F.C in FM 14 for a season now and got from the Skrill North to the Skrill Premier. I'm about to start my second season but I looked over my roster and it seems too large I have 56 on my u 18, 21 and first team. This is before loans should I cut back allot of that is youth players. Should I cut back on players and what's a reasonable roster size?
Funnily enough I'm the exact same situation as you with Vauxhall! Won the Skrill North first season and coming into Skrill Premier now. The only thing that you have to worry about is wages. Can you afford to keep all your players? If you can, roster size is okay. If you can't, its time to move on all those former "average" players from last season in a lower league who now resembles the ability of pooh (compared to Skrill North standards).

Yea they all work in the wag budget with youth contracts. Thanks for the help i'll do a small trimming of the players who don't have enough potential ability. But, save the majority of the side and get my loan players in. Thanks for the advise and good luck on your save :)
