Inconsistancy With In Game Editors

Ok, i do like to edit slightly, when I get a new intake of youth players i like to boost their potential abilty to give me something to look forward to. However, I do this and then when I load the game back up, the players attributes have dramaticly fell. Making the potential attributes of a player the same as normal. Understand?

For example

(Un-edited player with 1 attribute)
Player X: CA:80 PA:100
Finishing:10 Potential Finishing:14

(Edited player)
Player X:CA:80 PA:150
Finishing:10 Potential Finishing :18

(When I load up again)
Player X:CA:80 PA:150
Finishing:2 Potential Finishing:10

Make it clearer? What am I doing wrong?

what editor are you using?

do you only add more PA to the player?

It happens to me too.

I use FMEditorEN to edit my team's potential abilities.

After some time their stats go down...

Does anybody know the reason for this? Is there a solution?
i use FMRTEvWPF and all go fine with it
