Any tips for making an FM story?

So for awhile now I have considered writing my own FM story, but i'm not exactly sure how to go about with it and was hoping for any tips on how to write a successful FM story what will defiantly keep readers interested and wanting to read more, thank you for any answers in-advance, I hope I can be provided with some tips so I can release a magnificent story to keep all you FM lovers intrigued!
