yes, they are good, n more important, they easy to sign, it really hard to find a good player willing to sign with low league club
for the 1st season use loans and free transfers(owen price is a very ggod signing)...then at the end of the season look for young players with expiring contracts...e.g hal robson-kanu.....worked for me...i'm 1st in league 1 in february of my 3rd season wit accrington!!=D
