Incorrect Data

As the screen shot shows a good amount of players ratings are all wrong which effects the Players Top Lists as well as filtering. The 'Top Bargain' tab is names 'Top Cheating Players' at the top of the window. Recently factory reset computer and sent off for new key. Is this new key faulty or something? I've triple checked my Unique ID.

There surely has to be a problem with your key file.
Find your current Unique ID (for the 4th time please), and email Eugene ( genie @ fmscout . com ) explaining this. He will see it and send you a new key file.

same problem here - almost all Players in Scout are listed as GK, wrong Nationalities etc.

I emailed Eugene as you suggested last Sunday - do you have any Idea when I might get a new keyfile?

Don`t want to cause any stress but playing without scout is simply less fun ;-)

It has to be a problem with your key-file. Please send Eugene an email (address provided above).
Did you format your computer? Maybe you tried a different computer?
Unique ID will be different in each of those cases, which means you need a new key file.

I'm sorry you still haven't heard from Eugene. Normally he replies within 24 hours. He did tell me though he had to answer over a hundred emails the other day, so there's a chance of further delay with his replies due to high demand.
Make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case the email is already there.
