has anyone found a perfect tactic for there team, if so tell us wat team you are, who plays and the formation
you cant have a perfect tactic, every tactic has a flaw.
this is a tactic that worked brilliantly for me when i manged AIK.

of course you alter the tactic a bit all the time for the players you choose and according to the match etc.
its no good asking others for tactics, as everyone has diffenrent teams and players, which requires different tactics.
but i would buying players to suit your preffered style e.g. quick attackers for counter attack, high passing and creativity for slow passing game etc.
Basicly you have to look what your squad has and base a tactic around it, for example if you have a strong squad that are good in the air, play long balls and hold the ball up. And either keep it compacted or stretched simple, you just need to use your inicative.
Except the only problem with inicative is to learn by making mistakes.

By the way, buy Kaka for about 160M and Messi for 100M, that's the only time they'll accept. You can keep Vicente or Joaquin, it doesn't matter, you can play Silva or Messi in any attacking midfielder position, so don't worry about it. Kaka is good, but you can get Riquelme or Van der Vaart, as they work pretty good, and both cost less than 20M.
