hey, im currently with bradford, who i got promoted in their first season. im in the championship, the transfer budget and wages were terrible and my squad is really inferior to pretty much all other teams in the championship, which includes the likes of southampton, hull, qpr, blackburn, reading etc.

im really struggling, and want to solidify bradford in the championship before i go to try get promoted, any advice on tactics anybody?
I haven't managed a low league team but I guess you should focus on hitting teams on the counter because like you said you have got the likes of Southampton and Hull City. I say go for a counter-attack tactic.
Keep it simple and play it safe, is my advice. Something basic like a 4-4-2 could be a good formation, make sure that defence is your priority, but don't play with defensive strategy! A BWM(D) in midfield will help your defence, and have a big strong target man up front, they can be unplayable at times. Just try not to over complicate things, that's my main piece of advice
