Genie Scout key file

I downloaded the 'g' version of genie scout with an old pc. With my new pc im unable to find the Key file when I download it. Am I doing something wrong?

Once your donation is completed successfully, you will receive your 2 emails. The 1st email will arrive almost instantly and will include a download link for the "g" version. The 2nd email will arrive within a few hours (or sooner) and will include your personal key-file. The key file is necessary to activate the "g" version.

So the key file should be attached to an email you must have received. And it will only work for the Unique ID you provided during donation. Unique ID is literally unique per computer and operating system config. In other words, if you used Unique ID of your old PC and tried to apply the key-file for that on your new PC, it won't work.

I also got a new pc and changed my mail!
How can I get the key back?

I havent changed anything, but i still get an error message; "Key file not found"!

I didn't got the e-mail necessary for the key file. pls kindly and urgently inform
