It's the summer of 2013/14 and big news has just hit the front & back pages. Chelsea and Man City have been found guilty of massive tax fraud. Man Utd's owners finally admit that they were just using the club as a sink for all their debts and Arsenal have been found guilty of endemic use of banned performance enhancing drugs on their stars (and psychedelic drugs on their physios).

The FA have come down on them hard...

Chelsea and Man City have both been demoted to the Skrill Premier Division and docked 30 points each.

Manchester Utd have been dissolved as a club after being declared insolvent to the tune of over £1bn. AFC Manchester have sprung up in their place and plan to start from the bottom and rent Old Trafford which has been requisitioned by HMRC.

Arsenal have gotten off much lighter with a merely a 2 division demotion and a 30 point penalty.

3 Questions, would you play this, who would you play as and how the hell can I do this in the editor?!
