WORK PERMIT ISSUE

Well, i found excelent player in USA, aged 22, with 72, pot. 77 rating. He also has 16 int caps for USA, but somehow i am unable to sign him. Ok here is the situation. I am playing Aldershot in 2018. and managed to get into Championship. I have feeder club in Croatia (heard that there is one of the better nation to get EU nationality).

Players in free agent. When i managed to deal with him, it says that he is waiting for work permit. In few days work permit is not granted. Options are Appeal or not. If i choose - not. Nothing happens, transfer is canceled and no option to sign player without WP and send to feeder club. If i appeal, after few days - same thing happens. WP not granted, tranfer canceled, no option to sign player without WP and send to Croatia.

Am i doing something wrong here? Pls help, cos this should be my best player in the squad and since i am newly promoted i don't have best chance with big boys This player is my only chance!

Follow the video exactly. I think the board will recommend a Bulgarian club which will allow you to sign any player even after an appealed workpermit has been turned down. You can loan a player there for 3 years to gain citizenship. Otherwise once the transfer has been complete,click transfer and apply for workpermit, which is accepted on that same day. It has worked 100% for me.
