I just got the 9.3 Patch for FM2009 and saw that the newest expansion teams in the MLS are not in there. I was wondering if there was a data update floating around that had them added, or if there were plans by SI to make one?

Probably won't see the new teams until FM2010. I'm personally excited because Portland is getting an expansion team for 2011 and I'm less than 15 minutes away. :yes

the Sounders are there in patch 9.30, but not playable. i was very disappointed too. The Sounders are starting to pull me away from pulling for FC Dallas. Sounders are a very exciting team to watch.
