Blackburn Rovers are a mid table club playing in the sky bet championship having won the Premier League on 3 occasions Blackburn have a history to proud of bringing players such as Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton. After being relegated from the Premier League in the 2011-12 season Blackburn have had a shaky few seasons with Debts almost sending the club into administration, Blackburn have done well to stay in the Championship and have built a good foundation at Ewood Park. Since the times of Shearer and Sutton Blackburn have adopted a different style of player, Blackburn have invested significant money in there youth academy and have signed many young talented players. The majority of Blackburn's players are of the age of 23 and under making them a little disadvantaged with more experienced footballers.
Why I Have Chosen Blackburn Rovers
The reason i have chosen Blackburn Rovers is for the pure fact of there Youth Academy. Blackburn have good youth candidates and look to produce more exiting players over the years. The challenging part of Blackburn's management is the funds, Blackburn are a debt ridden team with little money so it will be interesting to see what i can do to balance the books. Finally I believe that this should bring some positive results in the future with Blackburn's team mainly consisting of young talented players with great potential it will be fun to see who develops into a bright talented Premier League star.
