What about shortlists?

What would you guys say if we opened a new download section with player shortlists?

For example, we can create the most complete shortlist of Free Transfer Players at the start of the game, including all Countries and all Players in the game. And have this shortlist available for download.

Waiting for some feedback before I move forward with it.
