Im trying to change to the dark skin but i dont have that option just the defult one. Also i need to change the text and picture size to 125% but it only goes to 100%.

Yes, the default version of FM doesn't contain the dark skin this year. You can find the dark skin in the Steam Workshop (I will provide link once i am on a computer).
Cheers mate, i thought i did something wrong. i just downloaded a facepack and it says it looks better on the dark skin at 125% text and picture size. only get the choise of 100%..?
Here is the Official FM14 Dark Skin, although the producer of the facepack may have been referring to any dark skin, which you can find plenty of here in our FM14 Skins Download Section.
As for changing text and picture size to 125%, I only get the option to change to 75%, 95% and 100% myself, but my computer has a very low resolution. I'm not so knowing on this part of FM myself, so I can't give you a definitive answer but it may have something to do with resolution.
