Basically, I've used the editor to elevate the Welsh Premier League to a similar state (in terms of reputation and finances) to the English Premier League. The only problem I have, is that after boosting a couple of teams to around 9000 reputation and giving them around £50 million and upwards, they rarely sign any good players. The only players they sign are bottom of the league Premiership quality, and always from British clubs (NEVER from abroad). I find this a little strange as they manage to attract the cream in terms of managers, but players, not so much. Anyone have any idea what I need to change?

Yeah, comp rep has been boosted to number 1 in the world, it does drop down to about 4th below England, Spain and Germany within a couple of years, but steadies out soon after
