Clubs Nickname: The Triforce.

Formation: 4 2 3 1 (Wide)
Passing Speed (Medium) - Short Passing.

Key Players: Wingers.
Main strategy: Overlaping Fullbacks & 1 on 1 Dribbling on the wing.

Strategic Approaches;

- Crossing to an Intelligent Target Man that knows which post to
move towards based on the situation, knows how to drag along
defenders when playmaker is running down the pitch, and doesn't
feel the need to always greed out on goals (gives a fair amount of
assists himself) so more of a complete forward than a striker per
say.

Wingers have to stay wide when the play is developing in the middle
of the pitch, they can cut inside if the full backs are overlapping or
the striker holds the ball.

Assuming that the wingers and or the fullbacks aswell are talented
dribblers, when faced in a 1 on 1 situation while running down the flanks
they have complete freedom to try a dribble to create space and cross
or attempt a long shot afterwards (when in decent placement), this
is the main idea behind our Clubs values - wide plays, creativity and
flair - we expect the unexpected to happen.

----------------------

In midfield we need at least one regista (a CDM) to sit back infront of the
center backs to receive the ball and make intelligent plays to widen up
the play etc. Someone with characteristics such as that of Pirlo, Xavi,
Lucas Leiva, Xabi Alonso, Gundogan, Moutinho, etc.

The general movement players should make in midfield is that of running
TOWARDS the ball holder, so he may have more options for a short pass
this allows for the wingers and the CAMs to easily 1 - 2 pass and offer a run
option to the playmakers (We don't want to force balls onwards with 5 players
all running vertically down the pitch expecting the L1+Triangle ball basically).

We're not obsessed about Posession. We just don't want players taking 18 touches
of the ball in midfield, at most 2 touches of the ball and in around 2.5 seconds
decide where to lay off the pass, and to know into which space to run into and
propose themselves to re-receive the ball.

--------------

When the winger is ready to cross generally the Striker should be attempting to
cut into the closest post, and the CAM should be coming from behind on the
far post, the CDMs shouldn't insert themselves into the box recklessly as that
may lead to opening the pitch to a counter for the opposition, and leaving
the center backs alone to deal with the situation.

Generically at least 80% of the team should sit behind the line of the ball when off
the ball, and attempt to press the holder 2 at a time (this includes the Striker, he
should help the team take reposession of the ball, not walking along the offside
line waiting for the through ball).

- The CDMs should ALWAYS be pressing when in their own side of the pitch, to help
the full backs defend, the center backs, etc.

- The CAM should help press aswell, but not drop as deep as the CDMs.

------------------------------------------------------

An Important factor when applying for the Club: We want players that can play in multiple
positions, it would be counter-productive to have 6 Strikers join and then argue about who
gets the one and only position to play up front (as we play with only one Striker mainly).

The Club is meant to be semi-serious, not to an excessive point, but enough to actually
hold a purpose and its own mentality when on the pitch, to avoid anarchism and bickering.

This means that obviously we can't allow the members to play without a Captain or a Vice
on the pitch, this rule is mainly to enforce the fact that we want to avoid random losses
and relegations in our results table. But that doesn't mean that we shackle players to remain
in our Club forever, like I said we're not obligating anyone to play ONLY for us, although we
do appreciate the loyalty. With that being said, a loyal member will always be considered
first before those that come and go when they please.

We'll always promote maturity, but players should be open to criticism and be capable of
admiting their own mistakes, because as long as they remain humble with the premonition
of wanting to better themselves then everyone will get along much, much better.

------------------------------------------------------

Summary of Players needed:

a Complete Forward (We'll obviously be considering alot of options for this spot, so don't
apply unless you consider yourself a great solo Striker).

Wide Wingers, capable of abusing of the Dribbling Stick (not wiggle it randomly, actually know
a wide arange of dribbles to attempt when one on one on the wing).

Regista and Playmaking midfielders, mucho vision to always keep an eye open on the wings, but
also spot the Strikers runs, preferably with a low percentage of mistakes.

Offensive fullbacks that overlap the wings during stallmate moments, but also know how to
defend.

GK should play the ball short to the full backs to start the play from the bottom up.

We don't want dribbling center backs obviously, lol.
