England- Still Hoping Since 1966

I've wanted to do this save to restore some pride to England after the 2014 World Cup. However it will start in 2013, meaning you will have to see the qualifying stages and things like that. I will try to the World Cup as fast as I can and hopefully do better than Roy Hodgson! Now on with the story.....
