Okay, I've got a bunch of very good young players in my youngsters team but I have this great question. Till what age should they remain in my youngsters team and when its best to send them on loan? Also that depends on their ability(cause there are some pretty skillful in there)? The sure thing is that they are not able yet to play for my first team.. So what should I do? It is preferable to send them on loan in order to grow as better as possible or stay at my club??? Thx a lot
I signed a number of really promising youngsters playing as MK Dons and my training schedule hasn't been able to get them up to the overall potential and in short i've wasted a few players potential by bringing them to a small club with not many coaches.
I decided to loan out a few of them and their stats have not increased as much as the players who stayed and had played a few games.
My new young singing since getting into the championship and improving my training schedule on on target to becoming great players.

well,in the days when i played the game,i was careful about youngsters.
see who has the best potential, select no more than 4 players, make training schedules for them, depending on position and physical attributes.,of course, you would have to hire best coaches available that want to sign for your team.
and one important thing, give them as more first team chances as you can,but not too much, because they are young.
in every game you can find the weak spot in opponents team, now you can capitalize by using it to your advantage with some experienced player,or you can take risk with some youngster,of course, when you are stronger team, you could try with a yougster.
this way i sign some 17-18 yo players and handle them this way.
after 1-3 years they are good enough to be:
- first team players in Premiership
- first eleven in Championship and bellow

I signed Iago from Juve for my Villarreal and I forced him out to become a first team regular because I sold too much wingers for some cash.. In his second season, he almost scored every free kicks I have.. His cross is great too.
