Tactic Help!!!

Im having issues with my Juventus save, in the last season i did really well winning the league and getting to the Italian Cup Final but this season everything stopped working. Can anybody help me figure out what im doing wrong

what's going wrong exactly? like are you conceding too many goals or what?
