I install FMGenie Scout, open it, click on load, it loads and at the end (converting people indexes) this pops out: "Access violation at address 0085D6DF in module "FMGenieScout.exe". Write of address 00000044.". After that, I can't load it again, I can't search anything, can't do almost anything. What is this? Can somebody help me?

@AceOfSpades: Does this mean it was working until 2 days ago? Have you changed anything in FM14 before this started happening? For example, have you installed any custom databases? Perhaps they include some data GS14 is unable to read. I can't think of another reason at the moment.
no Stam, i've been playing in the same save for almost a month and i started getting this problem just 2 days ago. tried to open GS in administator but didn't work either.
i've just started a new game and gs worked. then i went back to my old game tried gs and worked. strange but solved
