What team to be and what tactics to use?

Hi,

I need help with what team to be and what tactics to use for that team. I'm not great at FM but I have the knowledge. I want to be a team, have solid tactics and build this team to be the future. I will spend loads of time with this so any suggestions?

The two threads mentioned above are very helpful for finding a team for you. However, I find that experimenting with different types of teams helps to find what type of FM save you enjoy the most.

In terms of tactics, we have the biggest array of tactics available to download here. They range from possession, to counter-attacking, to high-pressure, to cautious-football, to real-life tactical systems. I'm sure you can find a few tactics which suit your needs!

@Justice - thanks, will take a look! Only thing is when I use one of the tactics I find I would still lose a lot of games so wonder would it be my Match Preparation?
