Is it possible to create the soviet league??

The idea is to gather all the countries of the former USSR and make a league with 20 teams, after their divisions, a minimum of 3. And also the national cup and meet the vacancies for Champions League and Europa League.

Well, there is a USSR database on the Steam Workshop that should be easy enough to find. Subscribe to that, and enable it in-game.
