Why Spurs?

First of all, I’ve supported them since I was a little baby. I’ve been through some of the hard times and some of the good times and now the exciting times. I want to take my club to the ultimate stage and hopefully win the Champions League.

Who is the new Head Coach?

I am going to be doing my story with the man who is in charge of Tottenham at the moment, Mauricio Pochettino. Mauricio has enjoyed exciting times as a player with his best moments being in an Espanyol kit (the famous rivals of F.C. Barcelona). His international career lasted 4 years which saw him be capped by his country Argentina 20 times.

His managerial career has been promising as his first manager’s job came at Espanyol where he spent a total of 3 years before his contract was terminated by mutual consent.
Mauricio then tested himself in England with Southampton, a team on the rise where we saw a new Southampton team who were exciting to watch as they played the high pressure, in your face game and also where attacking when they had the ball.
Pochettino is now on a new adventure, he is going to do his best to lead Tottenham Hotspur to the ultimate stage and keep them there.
Nice Start, Good Luck!
A good start. Good luck for the coming season.
@PJGrieve7 - thanks man, really appreciate the comments as its my first story!

@Jamesg237 - thanks also! Hopefully I can make this a successful one!

SANDRO SIGNS FOR LIVERPOOL!

Liverpool have completed the signing of Brazilian midfielder Sandro on a five-year-contract.
The fee for the Brazilian player, who has been capped by Brazil 3 times, is believed to be in the region of £30.5 million.

Liverpool Football Club is delighted to announce Sandro has today completed his transfer from Tottenham Hotspur by signing a five-year contract," read a statement on the club’s official website.

"I am very happy to sign for Liverpool,” said Sandro.

"Everybody knows it is a big club in a very competitive league, and I am very excited to get started in England with a fantastic coach and team-mates.

"Having played against Liverpool last season I know the high quality of the squad I am joining.

"I would like to thank everybody at Tottenham who made me into the player I am, it was an incredible time for me, but now I am starting a new adventure and I hope to win many trophies with Liverpool.”

Brendan Rodgers has stated that Sandro will join up with the team on their pre-season tour of USA in the coming days.

Sven Bender has agreed personal terms with Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur – July Report

July was an important month in our build up to the new season ahead which started in August with a tricky away game to Hull which would start us off. The friendlies were very important as this was an opportunity for players to show me what they are worth and to cement a starting place in my team.

As I evaluated the squad over the few weeks I felt like there was some players who I could sell to raise funds to buy better players to make the competition even harder to get into the starting eleven. This saw the likes of Sandro, Nacer Chadli leave and Solly March and Sven Bender arrive at Hotspur Way.

With the Ins and Outs, we still had another £55 million to spend and with August arriving, the new season coming, will we spend it?
Spend it, get Jackson Martinez! he is a tank!

+Bender will have tough boots to fill

BREAKING NEWS

Sky Sources understand that Tottenham have made a bid in the region of £20 million for Swansea City Left-Back Ben Davies.

Davies, 21 has been capped by his country Wales 10 times and also by his current club Swansea 71 times.

BREAKING NEWS

BBC Sport understands that Tottenham have put in a bid for Swiss wonderkid Ricardo Rodriguez.

The fee is rumoured to be in the region of £20 million.

With Ben Davies and Ricardo Rodriguez being both linked to £20 million moves to Tottenham, which one will Pochettino go for? Surely they can’t be buying two Left-Backs?
@ImDonkey - thanks for the suggestion :) hopefully Sven can produce the goods!
