Real Oviedo: Back from the Dead
Hi guys, today I will be beginning a new story with Spanish side Real Oviedo. Oviedo came to fame in the past decade over financial troubles, but more on that later.
Why Oviedo?
I thought that it might be fun to try a lower league save ahead of the new season, while I would also like to break the duck of Oviedo never winning a major competition in its history. My main aims are:
- To Regain Promotion to La Liga
- To Repair the club and get it back on a firm financial footing
- To Use players from the club’s system
- To Win a European Competition
I should also point out that I am using the FMOnline Transfers update which can be found in the Downloads section. Definitely check it out, as I am starting the game from the 23/5/2014 (the end of the season) with updated transfers.
