Club and international

So, basically, I started off playing only with Dinamo Zagreb and had a couple of great seasons, legend at club and so on. I saw that Croatia team is struggling and I want to help them so my question is: Can I now be manager of both, club and international? I tried to apply and they offered me one of those interviews, and my club really wants me to stay so I withdrawn. Please help...
