My Man City Team

Okay so I'm in my second season with Man CIty and I've always had problems sticking at a game for longer than 2-3 seasons occasionaly less than that. Last season was great I was scoring loads and hardley conceeding a goal, this year on the otherhand is slightly different, I struggle to score and usually only win 1-0 or 2-0 though I hardley conceed I dont know whats going wrong with my team.

Money with Man City is never a problem though I dont really like spending much on a player, Agúero the exception and he's not lived up to what I had expected of him.

I play a standard 4-4-2 formation and would rather not change it. Any tips/advice woudl be welcome.

i mean for your second season there is only 3 orginal players from this 24 man sqaud

did u make a number of these signings in your second summer? is so this could be the case and your team are still blending

i mean for me i would never make more then 5 signings a season unless i really have to, anymore and ur squad become dishamanise (if such a word)

I've made roughly 10 first team signings this year, but in total I've signed around 25 players mostly for my Under 18s team.

Last season Vagner Love and Robinho has 73 goals between them I had Artem Milevskyi and Ezequiel Lavezzi as rotational strikers but that didn't pan out as well as I hoped and sold both of them, Balotelli didnt really play much last year and I've only started weeding him in recently, though he's the only one of my strikers that will score. Im not losing games but I seem to be finding it hard to beat teams, for example I beat Bristol City 2-0 but they controled the game, I shoudl be beating a team like that atleast 4-0 with ease.

My tactics and training work for my team I've spent hours working on them and tested them, last season I won the Euro Cup beating A.C. Milan and Fiorentina. Then this season I have beat Barcelona home and away. I just seem to struggle against poor teams, it does say peopel are struggling to motivate themselves playing for me or certain players are having problems blending in. Is there anyway to go around this?

way too many signings, you will come good around november!
you have to tweak you tactics constantly, teams will learn your tactics and counter it, so change it

Im top of the league and in febuary now, though the lack of goals im scoring is bothering me and the lack of consistency.

When ever I get an attacking oppurtunity it's like my players always choose the wrong option, instead of threading through one of my strikers (They all have blistering pace) they will knock the ball back.

In front of goal my strikers will hit the ball at the goalkeeper, Im not sure why and I've regulary been changing my team/player settings but it doesnt seem to make a difference.
