Chelsea - Bad spell over Christmas (always happens)

I am currently in a save with Chelsea. I underachieved in the first season but started off brilliantly in the second.

My team is as follows:

GK: Courtois
LB: Shaw
CB: Luiz/Terry/Cahill/Coloccini
RB: Clyne/Ivanovic
CM: Lampard/Oscar/Diego
LAM: Hazard/Schurrle
CAM: Sanchez/Diego Costa
Ram: Willian
ST: Diego Costa/Lukaku

Basically I had a brilliant start to the season. Went from April 2014 to December 2014 without a loss. Now I have lost 5-2 to Besiktas, 2-1 Liverpool, 2-0 City, 5-0 to Swansea in the cup. It is the Christmas period.

I am hanging from a thread at joint top and will very soon be dropping to 3rd - 5th place. All my players morale went from being superb to poor. What can I do?! Help.

I've moved this over to the General Discussion forum as that is where you should post your questions. I'd suggest looking here for a new tactic perhaps, that could be the problem.

Have a team meeting's and private Chats normally helps as well but don't worry too much as that has happened to me in a Chelsea save

I was wondering for fm15 would you be able to add the "best potential rating" coloumn as see in Genie Scout and also the potential ratings of players.
