Karembeu and De Dios are good scouts and you don't have to pay a lot of compensation=D

Well are you looking for e.g. attacking coaches, defending coaches ... what you need to do is look at your coaching schedules and see where you want to improve and get more stars.
I dont know exactly where, but there is a thread that shows how the coaching stats are set out and how to search for the coach thats right for you. Saw it a few weeks ago

Dude, search > staff > filter > choose abilities and ok...it will give you a list of staff and you choose the best you can get, it's as simple as that..
Also loading all players from one nation will also load all staff from that nation, i prefer Serbia and Brazil, you can get great coaches from Serbia and great scouts from Brazil, if you are a small team it really helps...
