Fleetwood Town have announced via the clubs website that they have been taken over by new owners, The Tiffany family. Led by 21 year old, Evan Tiffany, the family are sure to pump money into the club as they hope to be promoted to League 1. The Tiffany family took over non league club, Barrow AFC in 2008 however this stint ended after a month after the death of 64 year old, Peter Tiffany.

The family were stopped as they drove into the Fleetwood training facility, where the wife of Evan Tiffany, Samantha Tiffany, said 'We are so happy to be able to takeover this club. It is a real honour to be able to be given the opportunity to lead the club up the leagues one day, as we hope to eventually reach the Premier League. We will ensure we do whatever it takes to be able to take the club to the highest of hopes!'
