Failed Season Expectation

Wigan owner sets a minimum season expectation of getting promotion to premier league. But with injuries to my star players such as mcnamanan, maloney, al habsi and maclean, I might fail the expectation. I'm currently on 6th but I can feel that I will not get promoted.

Will I be automatically sacked?

The odds are that you will be sacked but there is a slight chance that you could keep your job.

Could happen but if you do well in your other targets and expectations you should be fine don't forget you could go up through the Play-Offs

I have an Everton Save finished 2nd season changed expectations half way through from Champions League footy to challenging for the title as I was first and had only lost 1 game by the end of the season I finished 3rd, Only kept my job as I was using lots of youth players from the youth set up as subs and got to the semi final of Champions league where they only wanted me to get to the last 16

Meet other expectations and beat them, keep your wage budget positive and look to keep the squad harmony high these all contribute to how the board see you, Win games against rivals and win against high profile teams helps a lot as well
