Sporting CP

Pardon for my pathetic English. But I am in kind of bad situation at the moment.

I could not find a proper tactic for my squad.

Currently my tactic is 4-3-1-2

Please help me as my players are under performing with an average rating of 6.4-6.8 with Ramires and Moutino arrow up and veloso down. Oh i just got 19.25m cause the board were satisfied with the club performances(Which i doubt so, i was expecting more from the players to perform better than they should)

I think i need i solid DC, right and left back, and one more decent striker as backup

this one, is the best for Sporting CP. Just try to keep them morale up, by boosting they´r ego in press conferences, and most important, in locker room.

well. . .this team is good, but i also recomend 4-2-3-1 you will need to buy good wingers, and put vukcevic on the center of the two wing man. . .than you should try to change the setup of your tactic. . .i recomend a short pass, narrow widt and fast playing game style. . .you have to put polga playing cause is your best cb and sell tonel and romagnoli. . .and trey to buy more south america players, cause german, english, france players dont adapt to the club in fm and real life!

Thanks for helping me out! Gonna try out soon Was thinking to get another backup striker with around 10-13m left. Attempting to get Stefano Celozzi (RB) looks promising 20years old.

And yeah imma sell tonel after i got my RB as right now i playing my Caneira as my RB. Another problem is that i hope i can play Veloso, Moutinho, Ramires at midfield area. Is it possible?

P.S: I use editor to move Sporting CP to EPL as I want to have more challenge. That's the only thing i edited, i did not increase budget transfer and swap players to my club. Currently 12games with 6wins, 0 draws and 6loses lying in the 7th spot at the moment. I told the board that my expectation is to get to mid table. Still i felt like i could perform better if my players average rating were 7's instead of 6.4+

Another thing is because i only move sporting CP to EPL, i wasnt sure whether i need English players for champions league next season(if im able to to get to top 5) That's why i bought Joe Mattock. Further assistance would be really great for me! I appreciate it very much. Thanks mate

get him on a good training, on the bench, get him on at little points when you are ahead, let him get first team, a tutor if you can. The one name I never expected in that lineup was Balde. I'm a Celts fan, he was amazing under O'Neil, but he is a bit temperamental, doesn't have the best tackle, I think under O'Neil he had McNamara keeping him under-control. I have never really played him. But on my current Celtic save I have won the first cup, and the league, out of Europe and have a bit left in league, might give him first team. What about Turner at Hull? Or at Celtic O'Dea, consistent.

alright! i will do that. I will let him get more first team appearance against weaker teams and of cause some good training too. The reason why i play Balde was because he was the 2nd best performer among my DC's. Suprisingly Tonel is doing a great job for me, 7games 4goals from corners. I am only using Balde for a season plus he is cheap =) Will get another new DC next season and will be using Carrico. Thanks a lot!
