Scouts Going Against Me

Are scouts always right?

As theres players I want for the championship (Chinedu Obasi) (Maarten Maartens)an a couple of other bigish names. Yet my scouts constantly keep giving them low ratings like only good enough for League 1 an 2 stars etc. Should I listen or just sign them anyway an hope I can make a profit if they flop? Thoughts please thanks

What are your scouts like? Check how good they are at judging current ability. If it's low, then don't bother listening to them.

They're not always accurate. It comes down to their judgement their knowledge of the players from a certain region. But even then, they'll get some things wrong, just like in real life when Liverpool's scouts said that Cristiano Ronaldo didn't have the potential physicality to compete at the top level.
