So looking at the screenshots, it seems you get to pick one of two manager styles, Tracksuit (coaching abilities) or Tactical (tactical abilities.) Which will you guys pick?

Myself, I will most definitely choose tactical as I don't do too much when it comes to coaching, other than the basics. I usually delegate some of the more advanced stuff to my assman.
Coaching, so I can quickly get 5 star training staff (me included) and have youths develope faster.
I think it depends on the club and the qualifications you use, rather than the type of manager. For bigger clubs (any good club with some amount of money), tactical is better since you can always upgrade your coaches. However, for lower league management and leagues where profit isn't guaranteed, tracksuit is better, I suppose, because you have the guarantee of at least 1 good coach not leaving (which would be you).
I'm gonna try both styles and see how it affects the game before I commit to doing a long save with either! Can't wait for this game!
I'll be using the tracksuit style more I think, I prefer to start in the lower leagues where good coaches are harder to secure
Very much Tactical, I mean surely training is what coaches are payed to do...

In LLM you'd almost certainly have to go Tracksuit as you don't have the wages to cover all areas of coaching, meaning you've automatically got one more guy on the team.

Nevertheless, I'm a suit and tie guy ;)

Yeah I'm gonna be a tracksuit manager as well, however I'd like to think that as soon as I can afford to pay coaches for all areas, I'm turning into a suit and tie guy.
