TSG 1899 Hoffenheim have shocked the German nation today by appointing unheard of manager, Evan Jones. The 21 year old only recently completed his coaching badges and the appointment has been considered a risk by many. Jones takes the reigns after the sacking of previous manager, Markus Gisdol, who was sacked last Friday night, yet it surrounded much controversy as fans felt it was very unfair that he was shown the door by the club.
The Bundesliga club posted on Social media site, Twitter earlier today announcing the appointment and it was clear some fans were shocked. The tweets cannot be shown due to the language used, however one read, 'This is shocking, what the f*** are you doing lads!'
